Directions
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
- Use clean utensils and containers when preparing feeds.
- Measure breast milk first, then add powder.
- Store enriched breast milk in the refrigerator (for up to 24 hours) until ready to use.
- Throw away any enriched breast milk left in the baby’s bottle after a feeding.
- Enriched breast milk can be warmed by placing the bottle in a cup filled with warm water, or by holding the bottle under warm running water.
- Never warm breast milk in the microwave.
